We offer highly professional repairs and refurbishments at our IT workshops. We repair laptops, smartphones, tablets and PCs in our Atelier. If a device is not working properly or if it is no longer used because of its state, we will take the necessary steps so that your electronic equipment functions as new again.
Take-in and testing
Once you've decided to send us your device, we'll take it in and give it a thorough top-to-bottom testing. This includes all of the following:
- Testing of all components (including CPU, memory, hard drive and battery) to ensure that they're working properly.
- Testing of all software (including operating system and applications) for errors or other problems.
The complete functionality of all components is checked.
Once your device has been repaired, we test all its components and ensure that they are fully functional. This includes testing the battery, screen, operating system and any other component that could be affected by the repair.
Device security, general settings and basic applications are implemented.
When your device is repaired and refurbished, security settings such as device encryption, password protection and remote wipe are implemented. Your device's general settings—like date and time—will be updated. Basic applications like the browser will be installed.
