Testing and Grading
We acquire materials and examine them to determine the grade.
We buy a lot of materials and we need to test them to see if they are good and working properly. We test the materials and grade them into A, B, C, D category. Grade A is 99% new with no scratch or deformation.
What are the different grades?
If a product is A grade (99% new), it has no scratches or deformation.
The B grade (80-98%) is in good condition with visible scratches and/or deformation.
The C grade (60-79%) is in average condition with more obvious scratches and/or deformation.
The D grade (0-59%) may be broken or damaged due to its use for over 1 year without maintenance.
